Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an entry-level Operator to support production lines on a 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00–11:30pm). You will work with machinery, ensure safety and quality compliance, and learn essential production responsibilities.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 0–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse work. Compensation includes an approximate hourly pay of $22.14, plus a $1.50 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30pm.
ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate andmonitorproduction equipment
  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
  • Able to lift up to 50lbsand stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
SKILLS:
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
  • Comfortable using computers or tablets
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Basic math and mechanical understanding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.14. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
