Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator to support the production line, operate and monitor equipment, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

You will work on the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00PM–11:30PM, with onboarding in the first week. No visa sponsorship. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

BENEFITS AND PAY:

• Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
• 2nd shift employees are entitled to an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential.
