Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to move, stock, and load merchandise in our Bethlehem, PA facility. You will operate forklift equipment, manage pallet transfer, and ensure accurate inventory records, following safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, replenishment, paperwork, and equipment inspections, with a focus on reliability and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge includes MHE/Forklift Certification and operating stand-up/sit-down/reach trucks or cherry picker.
• Ability to operate battery hoist and comply with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transport merchandise from receiving to proper warehouse locations and replenish inventory.
• Complete purchase orders and maintain accurate records of quantities and descriptions.
• Use RF devices to select products and prepare pallets for transfer or production lines.
• Perform inspections, keep the area clean, and assist with safety and spill cleanup.

Transport merchandise from receiving dock or reserve slots to proper location in the warehouse. Complete purchase orders. Maintain the proper replenishment in the computer, using a handheld device, when the pallet is put back in the rack. Stack cases and rotate merchandise. Refill benches and fill pallet slots. Pull material/products to deliver to production lines Move/Slot finished product from production to designated storage area Pull finished product from storage and load on trailers Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size and description Unload material/product from trailers Utilize necessary technology (e.g., voice, RF gun) to select product Complete paperwork on transfer of material Date pallets with current date Complete inspection form on equipment operated. Change battery in forklift, when applicable Keep work area clean. Sweep floor slots. Clean spills and re-work damage Use case cutter to cut tops off cases Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Skills
