Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is hiring for a full-time warehouse role. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and handle material movement with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You will pull, stage, and inventory materials, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals while maintaining documentation and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, store, and retrieve materials safely and efficiently.
• Pull and stage products using pick tickets, shipping manifests, and shipping labels while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Transfer materials to storage locations, perform cycle counts, and support inventory control processes.
• Inspect forklifts, equipment, and materials daily, reporting safety or operational issues to leadership.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate documentation, organize warehouse paperwork, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support warehouse and material handling operations while collaborating with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

What You'll Bring

• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified upon hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including through phone and radio communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately complete documentation, inventory counts, and material transactions.
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor. A Class B/CDL license is a plus.
