Job summary

Creo Group, a leading plastics manufacturing and consumer products company in Youngstown, OH, is hiring an Experienced Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. You will operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks in shipping, receiving and order pulling, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Clear oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks in shipping, receiving, and pulling areas.
• Scan, pull, and document parts and materials with precision.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reporting.
• Rotate between departments to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

Operate stand‑up forklifts and pallet jacks throughout shipping, receiving, and pulling areas

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
