Job summary

RPM xConstruction LLC in Texas is seeking a Dozer Operator to contribute to turnkey infrastructure projects, including site prep, earthmoving and material handling. You will operate heavy equipment, perform basic maintenance, and follow safety procedures on active job sites.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read instructions, and readiness to work 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturday in a high-noise environment with occasional outdoor duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Position spends ~5% outside inspecting equipment; ~95% sitting and operating equipment.
• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am-6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• Noise level in work environment is usually high.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Dozer Operator operates or tends machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets, to excavate and load loose materials
• Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites
• Maintain the truck in good working condition
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
