We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. You will operate a variety of construction equipment to ensure the successful completion of projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

1. Loading and moving dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials using trucks, cranes, shovels, or related machinery.
2. Operating machines to spread, smooth, and level materials on road beds or other sites.
3. Observing grade to adjust machine settings accordingly.
4. Conducting pre-shift inspections of equipment for safety and mechanical issues.
5. Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, outdoors in all seasons.
6. Coordinating machine actions with crew signals.
7. Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment with hand tools.
8. Following safety regulations and company policies.
9. Performing additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in the civil construction industry, specifically in equipment operation.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. Willingness to travel as required.
4. Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background checks.
