Job Description

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team, where you'll operate a variety of construction equipment to ensure the successful completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.

We are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a “CAN DO” attitude and will work with the team to perform the following and more:

1. Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials using trucks, cranes, shovels, or related equipment.
2. Operate machines to spread, smooth, and level materials on road beds or other sites.
3. Observe grade to adjust machine settings.
4. Conduct pre-shift inspections for safety and mechanical issues.
5. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and outdoors in all seasons.
6. Coordinate machine actions based on signals from crew members.
7. Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair equipment with mechanics' tools.
8. Follow safety regulations and company policies.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in civil construction and equipment operation.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug tests and background checks.
• Willingness to travel as required.
