Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a technically proficient Coex Operator for night shifts in California. You will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, set up machines per production schedules, and maintain accurate production records.

Emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork to support a reliable, high-performance operation. Requires 1+ year as a machine operator with the ability to read technical documents, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a machine operator.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• Ability to read technical documents, safety rules, or work orders.
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational, math, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule
• Record production data and complete required documentation
• Follow all Sealed Air policies and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to quality control standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
