Training will be provided - previous manufacturing experience not required! Starting pay: $19.36 per hour!

1st shift available (Monday thru Friday, 7am - 3pm. Bonus opportunities available!

  • Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 quarterly; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours!
  • Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to a 10% monthly bonus on their gross monthly income based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially $275 per month (the equivalent of $1.70 per hour)!

Stryten Energy, a new company name with a long history in Lancaster County, operates a growing plastic injection molding facility in West Lampeter Township. We produce plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base.

Production Light Assembly Associates monitor product coming out of injection molding machines, clip/trim excess plastic, perform light assembly, and pack product in boxes. Associates will be standing for their entire shift, some jobs require reasonable bending and twisting to perform duties. Parts are all light weight. This position is also a backup material handler. A successful candidate will need to become forklift certified and when working as a material handler be able to lift 50 lbs. We train - great opportunity for those:

Qualifications
  • Must be able to read, speak and understand English – High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Follow all company safety rules and policies to include communicating any and all unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near misses, incidents and or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager immediately
  • Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals
  • Must be willing to be forklift certified upon starting
  • Must be able and willing to lift 50lbs.
  • Physically perform work – standing/moving for the entire shift, reasonable bending and twisting, sorting and packing
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required
  • Troubleshooting experience, preferred but not required
