Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Machine Operator at our Hazleton, PA facility. The role offers a 12-hour night shift (6:30 PM–6:30 AM) with a 2-2-3 schedule and opportunities for wage increases. Training is provided and safety gear is required.

Eligible for weekly pay and a clear path for advancement within the company. Starting pay is $25.94 per hour with benefits coverage and ongoing skill-based wage progression. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Perform quality measurements following SPC guidelines.
• Interpret data and make machine adjustments within process control limits.
• Operate and adjust machines to maintain production flow.
• Identify and troubleshoot necessary repairs of machinery.
• Generate and document downtime and breakdown work orders.
• Collaborate with process technicians to maximize machine up time.

Job Description

Machine Operator| HIRING IMMEDIATELY |Hazleton, PA APPLY ONLINE!

Compensation:

• Pay starts at $25.94

Available shifts: 6:30PM-6:30AM 2-2-3 Shedule - Shifts may change based on business needs

Training Provided

As a Machine Operator you will be trained to:

• Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment
• Perform quality measurements following SPC guidelines
• Interpret data and make necessary machine adjustments within the process control limitations
• Operate and adjust machines within processIdentify and troubleshoot needed repairs of machinery
• Generate breakdown work orders and document other related downtimes
• Work closely with process technician and other support staff to assure maximum quality levels and machine up time.
• Other duties as necessary
• Steel-toed or composite shoes are required

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• We will provide training, tools and safety related items

Must be able to:

• Work a 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods
• Climb
• Ambulate independently
• Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifts up to 75 lbs. All lifts over 75 lbs require 2-person lift or mechanical assistance
