Job summary

Valgroup Co in Findlay, Ohio is seeking an Operator Assistant for the nights PVDC line. This on-site role supports our manufacturing facility with a 12-hour night shift in Findlay, OH, starting at $23.00 per hour and a $1.00 shift premium when moved to nights.

You will weigh and handle materials, learn line start-up, troubleshoot, and operate a forklift while supporting other projects as needed. We offer paid time off, medical/dental/vision, a 401K with match, life and disability insurance, and

• Mechanical ability and problem solving.
• Safe work behaviors and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• 12-hour NIGHT Shift Schedule (Train on DAYS).
• Multiple weekdays and every other weekend off.
• Become a Skilled Machine Operator.
• Pull and weigh materials.
• Learn line start-up and troubleshooting.
• Learn to Operate Forklift.
• Assist other projects and work as needed.
