Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation in Lowell, MA is seeking a production assembler to join one or more production lines. You will assemble components into finished goods, ensuring quality and production rates meet targets under supervision.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in medical device manufacturing and clean room experience, be proficient in English, capable of standing for long periods, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site shift Fri–Sun 5:00 am–3:00 pm.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing.
  • 1+ years experience in a clean room environment using a microscope.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.
  • Manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.
  • Load fixtures and process equipment for small devices.
  • Make basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances and dimensions.
  • Perform in‑process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance with established requirements.
  • Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
  • Perform dimensional inspection using gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers and micrometers.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leads.

Position Summary

You will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation, quality and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.
