Operator Assembler II WD2 (Monday to Thursday - 3:30PM – 1:30AM)

Position Summary:

You will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation, quality, and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operates a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.
  2. Able to manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.
  3. Works with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment.
  4. Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions.
  5. Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance with established requirement.
  6. Must accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
  7. Performs various dimensional inspection using specific gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers and micrometers.
  8. Collaborating with supervisors and team leads.

Must Have:

  1. High school diploma or GED mandatory; entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.
  2. 1+ years’ experience in medical device industry and manufacturing required.
  3. 1+ years' experience in a clean room environment using a microscope.
  4. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
  5. Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail essential.
  6. Strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $17.50-19.50 (Shift dependent)
