Position Summary

The Operator Assembler supports the Laser Processing business unit, operating and tending manufacturing machines according to work instructions to produce parts or products. Responsibilities include quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling, and product movement.

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm, Brooklyn Park, MN.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality products by following work instructions and inspecting parts
• Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device standards
• Operate laser systems, automation cells, cleaning lines, inspections, or similar work centers
• Inspect, trim, clean, and package products per customer specifications
• Use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)
• Mix chemicals and materials as required
• Perform periodic checks on output
• Communicate issues with equipment, materials, or processes

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of microscopes
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with clean room procedures and regulations
• Machinery and equipment familiarity
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read work instructions, prints, and procedures
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail

Pay Range

• Operator Assembler I: $18.00-19.00/hr
• Operator Assembler II: $19.00-21.00/hr
• Operator Assembler III: $21.00-23.50/hr
