Responsible for assembling and wiring cabinets in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Install components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
• Experience with industrial control panels or electrical cabinet assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed work.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures).

Work Environment

This position operates in a production/manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures. Steel/composite shoes and safety glasses are required.
