The Operator 3, CNC is an advanced-level machinist responsible for leading complex machining operations, supporting CNC programming activities, and ensuring the final quality of manufactured components. This role serves as the technical expert and leader within the machining department, helping to optimize production processes, troubleshoot advanced machining issues, train, and mentor other operators. Reporting to the Supervisor, Production, this position requires strong problem‑solving skills, deep machining knowledge, and the ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
