Aspire Bakeries is looking for an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse to join our team at Swedesboro, NJ. The role involves safely and efficiently handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations through the use of material handling equipment.

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of inventory movements within the warehouse
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support warehouse and production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Identify, report, and elevate equipment or safety issues to management promptly

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 3rd Shift
Hours: To be determined
Weekend availability: As required

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $24.00

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
