Job Summary:

Operate and tend various production machines, including punch presses, feed systems, cut-off saws, and deburring machines, to produce metal and non-metal parts according to specifications.

Job Location:

Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE — one of the largest employers in the area with around 600 employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete setup, run samples, and perform inspections as per specifications.
2. Operate assigned production lines and manual feed presses.
3. Set up stamping lines and ensure raw materials are correct and available.
4. Coordinate with die makers regarding setup requirements.
5. Load coil stock and operate machine tools such as lathes, punch presses, and cut-off saws.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with punch presses and related terminology preferred.
• Ability to identify raw materials accurately.
• Basic math skills for counting and measurements.
