Job Title: Operator 2 - E-Beam Weld Operator (First Shift)

Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, East Windsor, CT

Overtime may be available as needed. Responsible for producing Vishay products that meet or exceed quality and customer expectations.

Job Summary

Operate dual weld E-Beam machines efficiently, monitor multiple raw materials and weld results, work with computer interfaces, and perform quality inspections. Set up tooling and weld parameters according to drawings, follow all quality and safety policies, and maintain a clean workstation following 5S guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform oxy/acetylene butt-welds
2. Set up tooling and machinery
3. Inspect welded parts for quality
4. Maintain organized workspace
5. Report discrepancies and troubleshoot equipment
6. Handle materials using hoist and pallet jack

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Welding certifications (TIG, MIG, EB) preferred
• Experience in dual welding processes preferred
