Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Production Operator II for our Chaska, MN bakery to operate and monitor production and packaging equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations. This role supports product quality standards, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The 3rd shift runs 9:30pm–7am on Sunday 10:45pm–7am Monday through Thursday; the position offers an hourly rate of $21.92–$22.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, GMP requirements, and standard operating instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator II to join our team at our Chaska, MNbakery. As a Production Operator II, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the bakery.

• Shift: 3rd shift
• Hours: 9:30pm-7am Sunday 10:45pm-7am Monday through Thursday

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.92 - $22.50
