Job summary

Time Staffing in Napoleon, OH, is hiring for an Assembly Operator (1st shift: 6:00am–2:00pm). The position pays $17.10 per hour and offers the chance to join premier manufacturing teams.

You will perform product assembly in your cell, follow standard work instructions, maintain pace to meet daily schedules, ensure quality, and support safety on the shop floor. Candidates should have good eye-hand coordination and be able to lift up to 10 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent eye/hand coordination and the ability to execute part assembly processes.
• Ability to effectively and safely use powered hand tools (i.e. electric, battery, and air-powered tools).
• Ability to visually identify product quality attributes that may be out of specification.
• Must work well as a member of a coordinated work cell team.
• Able to lift up to 10lbs regularly/repeatedly.
