Job description

Position Scope and Purpose:

To produce, inspect and package product per supplied specifications and instructions. Perform mold press operations to support production floor. Shifts available are 12 hour shifts: A/C Crew 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, B/D Crew 6:00 pm - 6:00 am.

Key Accountabilities / Essential Functions:

1. Perform mold press operations to support production floor.
2. Responsible for reading, understanding and following work instructions.
3. Inspect parts and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor and/or QA and Technical staff.
4. Regular attendance.
5. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Other Position Duties:

1. Maintain efficiency, housekeeping, safety and GMP's.
2. Monitor machinery/equipment operation to detect problems.
3. Measure, weigh or count materials and product.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. The ability to follow oral and written instructions and to understand, speak and read English.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

1. Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
