Job Summary:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation of assigned mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting, ensuring production meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned mechanical equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure all items produced meet or exceed quality control standards.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards.
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

  • Work under direct supervision, addressing basic issues and escalating more complex problems to higher-level staff.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical equipment operation role.
  • Beginning to intermediate knowledge of equipment operation and production processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using basic measuring instruments, including micrometers.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENT:

Must train on 1 st shift for about 4-6weeks before transitioning to his permanent 2 nd shift schedule.

Pay is $19.50 (+ $2.50 shift diff for 2 nd )

1 st shift hours: 4:00am-2:30pm

2 nd shift will be 2:00pm-12:30am.
