Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring for Operator 1, Machine in Columbus, NE. This is a temporary assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance and performance.

The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, onsite daily, 40 hours per week. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, paid biweekly, with benefits after 90 days.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read/ write English, basic math, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisor.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate records/logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 requirements.
• Work effectively in a team environment to support team goals and objectives.
• Follow standard operating procedures and make routine decisions as required.
