Job summary

Tate Americas in Red Lion, PA, part of Kingspan Data Solutions, seeks an Operator I to support production, ensure quality, and improve efficiency. You will operate equipment, handle materials, and follow standard work instructions in production environments.

Responsibilities include loading materials, assisting with startup/shutdown, maintaining consistent task execution, inspecting products for quality, following SOPs, and promptly reporting defects or process issues to supervision.

• Follow SOPs and work instructions ensuring consistency across all production processes.
• Report defects, deviations, and process issues to supervision promptly.

The role is responsible for operating equipment, handling materials, and following standard work instructions within production environments.
