The role involves following instructions to assemble and test on an automated PCB line, operating equipment, maintaining quality, and cross-training across multiple work centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and test tasks on automated VI Chip PCB Assembly line.
• Operate work center equipment to achieve standard production rates, report downtime or malfunctions, and monitor output.
• Utilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement and test equipment to perform daily tasks.
• Cross-train and certify in at least four package assembly work centers including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, Cut, J-Lead or Test.
• Perform all responsibilities within the company’s guidelines of quality, safety and cost.
• Work with a minimum of direct supervision and perform additional tasks as directed.

Job Description

Compensation Data

$17.50/hour. Rates are higher based upon experience.
