Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Marinette, WI is looking for an Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role you’ll load and unload product using clamp and forklift trucks, store finished goods in the warehouse, and keep the work area clean and organized. You must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, and you’ll work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and overtime. Pre-employment screening and US work authorization required.

Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate

• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
  • Have the ability to use equipment such as a clamp/fork truck and sweeper
