Job summary

Sibelco North America, Inc is seeking a Production Operator to ensure installations run according to procedures and deliver quality (semi-)finished products. You will monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and support maintenance activities while following safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior related experience, with technical English proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
  • Technical English – Read and comprehend.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust production installations following procedures and policies.
  • Service pumps and operate taps to control flow and process parameters.
  • Identify and fix alerts and non-conformities in the production line.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Monitor production output and maintain accurate data in the IT system.
  • Assist maintenance technicians during routine and major maintenance tasks.
  • Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
  • Coordinate with weighbridge and bagging staff to ensure continuous production.

Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Role Purpose:Ensure the installations perform the desired operation(s) according to the existing procedures and policies as well as monitor the installations in order to guarantee the delivery of a (semi-)finished product in accordance with the specificationsResponsibilities:Handle and adjust the installations according to the existing procedures and policies.
