IFF in Pryor, OK is seeking an Operator 1 to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is onsite and focuses on safe, accurate warehouse operations, packing, labeling, scanning, and inventory control.

You will work with a collaborative team to maintain quality and efficiency while following SOPs and safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing or warehousing, with forklift certification and strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality standards, and all operational procedures.
• Support daily AutoPack and warehouse operations including pallet handling, labeling, scanning, and inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet inverters, stretch wrappers, palletizing equipment, and related warehouse systems.
• Complete production transactions, batch verification, trailer inspections, and documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas through routine sanitation, waste removal, equipment cleaning, and housekeeping activities.
• Assist with rework, blending, dumping, big bagging, repalletizing, and material movement activities as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to improve processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Complete required training, certifications, Workday learning activities, stop audits, and other compliance requirements.

Operator 1

Where You'll Make a Difference
