Manufacturing Operator 1 (Plastics/Medical Devices)

We are seeking Manufacturing Operators (Level 1) to support production operations within a regulated plastics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating equipment, performing basic inspections, and ensuring consistent product quality while working with small plastic components produced through injection molding processes.

Multiple shifts are available, and this position is well suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Day-to-Day

• Operate and monitor multiple production machines
• Perform basic visual inspections of small plastic parts
• Use magnification tools (e.g., magnifying glasses) to identify defects
• Follow standardized work instructions and procedures
• Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or process issues
• Support general production and housekeeping activities
• Work safely within a regulated manufacturing environment

Requirements / Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
