Job summary

Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC is hiring Line Operators in Hudson, WI to join our manufacturing team. You’ll operate packaging lines, index rolls, and help ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

The role offers starting pay of $21/hour with a $1/hour night shift differential, plus bonus opportunities up to $1,500 after 90 days and comprehensive benefits. We value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with growth opportunities and a collaborative culture in a stable work

Qualifications

• Shift flexibility for 12-hour rotating schedules including every other weekend.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package rolls after indexing from one core to another or operate indexing equipment.
• Package products per customer specs and production standards.
• Inspect rolls for splices and defects.
• Collaborate with team to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Verify roll counts, film specs, and production supplies.
• Notify leads or supervisors of any defects or concerns.
• Assist with line changeovers and setup activities.
• Follow quality and safety standards when packaging.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace.
• Sustain productivity and quality throughout the shift.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and company procedures.
