Banner Health is seeking an Intraoperative Surgical Technologist at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO. You will support the surgical team by preparing the operating room, arranging instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification, with Colorado DORA registration for Colorado candidates. OR experience or graduation from a surgical tech program is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Colorado candidates must be registered with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
• Graduation from a certified school of surgical technology or two years of OR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares for surgical procedures; pulls appropriate instruments and supplies and ensures good working order.
• Anticipates the surgeon's needs; passes instruments and retracts tissue.
• Maintains aseptic technique and universal precautions throughout the procedure.
