Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment and processes is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Support customer purchases and strengthen relationships; manage and replenish consignments as needed.
• Recover used batteries and assist in customer installations.
• Perform warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance.
• Assist in training others and document processes and procedures to carry out all functions.

Title: Warehouse Associate/Retail Sales Associate I

Pay details: $17-19/hr

Classification: Full-Time/Part-Time, Regular/Temp, Non-Exempt Exclusively
Normal Hours: Commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Friday withoccasional weekends

General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this position is responsible tosupport customer purchases and improved relationship (which may include managing and
replenishing consignments), recovering used batteries, performing customer installations, and performing
warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used
batteries, and battery maintenance, assists in training others, and records the successful processes and
procedures required to carry out all functions. Experience with material handling equipment and processes is significant.
Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
