Title: Warehouse Associate/Retail Sales Associate I

Classification: Full-Time/Part-Time, Regular/Temp, Non-Exempt Exclusively

Normal Hours: Commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

General Description (major Areas Of Responsibility Of This Position)

A person in this position is responsible to support customer purchases and improved relationship (which may include managing and replenish consignments), recovering used batteries, performing customer installations, and performing warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used batteries, and battery maintenance, assists in training others, and records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. Experience with material handling equipment and processes is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.

Minimum Qualifications

Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
