Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our ERP systems, tailored to Operations end users. The role supports in-person and virtual training, collaborating with Digital Solutions and Unit Operations leaders to ensure standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years EPC construction experience, hands-on ERP and CMiC exposure, and strong presentation and travel abilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or utility-scale EPC construction experience in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Controller.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP is required; CMiC experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams) and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities; capable of leading in-person sessions.
• Willingness to travel to company offices and job sites as needed.

This role ensures that training—whether in-person or virtual—meets defined objectives by leveraging a deep technical understanding of the various systems and their application across enterprise-wide and business unit specific processes. The trainer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align training content with established standards and best practices. Additionally, this position serves as a feedback conduit, identifying gaps in standards and communicating opportunities for improvement discovered during training delivery. The ERP Operations Trainer reports directly to the Director of Project Standards.This role can be fully remote or hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA, Edison, NJ or Bend, OR.
