Job summary

• Must be able to multi-task and work well in a team.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds; flexibility to work varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor training and education on SOPs and Labor Management Standards to new associates as well as cross-trained staff.
• Be approachable to answer questions from other employees within their home department regarding the execution of their job responsibilities.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all tasks and adapt to schedule changes.
• Flexibly work anywhere in the Distribution Center, across channels and shifts.
• Operate RF equipment, voice picking technology, pick-to-light, and other warehouse management systems.
• Perform basic computer tasks as needed and adhere to safety procedures.
