The primary responsibility of the Operations Trainer is to support the Operations Training Manager in executing their tasks, such as identifying training needs, developing and delivering educational workshops, and ensuring knowledge retention through ongoing assessments and performance reviews. The position is ideally based in Indianapolis, with an estimated maximum of 12 weeks of travel per year for training and site visits.
