Capitol Building Supply, Inc. - Upper Marlboro is looking for an Operations Trainee E to help manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety programs. The role emphasizes improving processes and service levels across the organization.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of related experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and proven teamwork and leadership abilities. Location is Upper Marlboro, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, planning, budgeting, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee cycle counts, and monitor profitability and P&L.
• Ensure OSHA and company policies are followed in warehouse, delivery, and jobsite.
• Lead and coordinate team activities, drive productivity and collaboration across departments.
• Maintain service levels and communicate order/delivery issues to customers.
