Are you a seasoned technology leader with a passion for innovation and operational excellence? Gorman & Company is seeking a high-level Operations Technology Manager to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., while playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our property management technology landscape.

About The Role

As the Operations Technology Manager, you will lead the implementation, support, and training of our property management software systems. You’ll oversee a talented team, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless system integration for new developments and acquisitions. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of property management systems, technical troubleshooting, and team development.

What you will manage within the Operations Technology Manager role:

• Lead and mentor the Operations Technology team
• Oversee software training for new and existing employees
• Manage service desk support and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate system setup for new developments and acquisitions
• Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across departments
• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements
• Communicate policy and process updates across the organization
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the property management industry
• Proven leadership experience in managing technology teams
• Expertise in RealPage OneSite, Call Max, or similar systems
• Strong background in affordable housing compliance programs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Property Management preferred
