Job summary

The Estate Lawyers APC, a growing estate planning and administration firm in Irvine, seeks a Director of Operations & Technology to own the firm’s growth roadmap—operationally and technically. You will identify bottlenecks, design fixes, and drive measurable results while reporting to the CEO/Integrator.

You will lead a leadership-driven team to raise standards across departments, ensuring initiatives are mapped, funded, and executed with accountability and clear ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience across departments.
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and deliver measurable results.
• Experience planning technology investments and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Operations and Technology Roadmap with clear owner, cost, and timing.
• Convert priorities into finished projects with defined scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Raise operating standards by aligning HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Revenue initiatives.
• Plan and manage technology investments, vendor relations, and automation initiatives.
• Establish baselines, ROI, and ongoing measurement of projects and outcomes.
• Prepare new offices and acquired teams for day one integration and setup.
