Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $18.73 (minimum) - $23.41 (midpoint) - $28.09 (maximum) Plus shift differential
Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $20.92 (minimum) - $26.15 (midpoint) - $31.38 (maximum) Plus shift differential
All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing
Performing set-ups, operations, tool offsets and changes of Makino VMC machines to manufacture aerospace components and parts
Conducting inspection checks using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other inspection equipment to ensure customer and company specifications are met
Performing operations by reading and interpreting company work instructions, blueprints and diagrams
Navigating a variety of company specific systems and databases to locate work instructions and blueprints, and documenting production numbers and quality checks and non-conformances
Additional Information:
Variety of mechanical tools. Computer. Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Note: Some product lines have heavier lifting requirements due to product type. Ability to stand for entire shift. Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass Near vision and/or Color vision examinations
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Level 1:
Previous CNC machining and inspection experience is highly desired
Familiarity with CMM operations is a plus
Level 2:
1 more years of experience as an Operations Technician or similar role is strongly preferred
Previous CNC machining and inspection experience is highly desired
Familiarity with CMM operations is a plus
