Suterra, a leader in pheromone-based pest control, seeks an Ops Tech/Area Supervisor for its Bend, Oregon facility. You will drive process control, oversee a dynamic production team, and support projects across quality, engineering, and supply chain while rotating through areas of responsibility.

Based in a clean, temperature-controlled facility, this role requires onsite presence 5:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with potential growth into a formal Area Supervisor role after training and

• Proficient with MS Office and computers.
• Experience managing short and long-term projects.
• Strong written and oral communication under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork across the organization.
• Experience teaching or training peers on new processes/equipment.
• Proven ability to supervise others and manage deadlines.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Software proficiencies are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned area that changes with business needs and developer growth.
• Teach best practices to the operating team and assign tasks based on forecasts and orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of Raw Materials and Finished Goods using the ERP system.
• Lead special projects: new equipment, experimental product construction, engineering improvements, and process optimization.
• Facilitate local and international shipping between sites and customers.
• Propose improvements with ROI calculations and lead problem-solving sessions.
• Use ERP (Dynamics AX) to maintain records and communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
