Woodward is seeking a Deburr Manufacturing professional at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL, on 1st shift (Mon-Thurs, 4:30am-3pm). The role focuses on following procedures, deburring operations, inspection, and joining a team that drives lean improvements in a high‑tech aerospace environment.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, training, and growth opportunities, with base pay starting around $23.50 per hour plus overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with deburr operations.
• 1+ years previous visual inspection experience.
• Knowledge and ability to read & interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented procedures and supports training of other members.
• Maintains key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Accurately logs daily operations and resolves or escalates concerns.
• Supports training of other members and provides improvement opportunities to standard work.
