Job summary

Citation Oil & Gas Corp. in Texas seeks an experienced operations technician at the second level of two advanced positions.

You will track and schedule MIT and fluid level testing for H-5 and H-15 TRRC filings, and coordinate regulatory filings for H-5, H-15 and P&A work. You will write procedures, coordinate P&A activity with field personnel, and monitor daily field activity to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or high school education with 10 years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and schedules MIT and fluid level testing for H-5 and H-15 TRRC filings.
• Coordinates regulatory filings associated with H-5, H-15 and P&A work
• Writes procedures and coordinates P&A activity with field personnel
• Tracks daily field activity and failure reports to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Supports the region managers and technical staff in generating data and reports.
• Understands and processes large amounts of technical data and compiles that data into reports to assist the technical team with their engineering analyses.
• Ability to function as an entry‑level engineer in some data handling tasks due to their extensive practical knowledge base.

Education

Two-year technical degree or high school education with 10 years of industry experience
