Prairieland FS, Inc. is seeking an Operations Technician in Pilot Grove, MO to handle, maintain and deliver agricultural and energy products. You will operate equipment, support safety and efficiency, and work with a team to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, compliance with safety standards, and reliable service. A high school diploma and mechanical aptitude are preferred; CDL must be obtained within six months. Compensation includes potential overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate/maintain equipment.
• Experience with inventory management and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and mixing equipment to prepare agricultural products as directed.
• Load and unload energy products and agricultural inputs following safety procedures.
• Assist with handling, delivery, and storage of energy products ensuring timely delivery and customer service.
• Maintain records of deliveries, inventory, and compliance inspections.
• Operate and maintain energy equipment, including fuel tanks, trucks, and pumps, per safety regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
