The Kuiper Electronic Supply Chain team seeks an Operations Program Manager to oversee technical manufacturing and supply chain operations for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) for our satellites. The role involves managing contract manufacturers' production processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
As an Operations Program Manager at Kuiper, you'll review upcoming deliveries, blockers, and production metrics daily. You'll participate in meetings to address immediate issues, analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, and work with suppliers on process improvements. You may also engage in technical reviews with engineering, visit supplier sites, and present performance updates to leadership, balancing tactical and strategic responsibilities.
