Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and adjust plant processes and equipment to maintain safe production.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues using instrumentation and DCS data.
• Perform routine plant rounds, inspections, and data collection.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain process analyzers and pipelines.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and documentation.
• Support storage and bulk delivery activities and related production tasks.
• Issue work permits and perform Lockout/Tagout per safety procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work area per safety/environment rules.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with development and revision of operating procedures and work instructions.

We have an **immediate** opening for an Operations Technician at our Ocotillo, Arizona facility. The Manufacturing site includes two large-scale ASU’s (Air Separation Units), an OFA (Oil Free Air) production system, and a Hydrogen Electrolyzer system. The Operator leads all aspects of the safe operation of onsite equipment and safety systems. They ensure adherence to Environmental Health & Safety Standards to keep the work environment accident and injury free. The operator is also required to follow and implement the established Quality Standards and Procedures built to supply quality materials to our customers.
