Job summary

Gaishin Manufacturing, a second-generation family-owned company, seeks a Secondary Operations Technician in Benton Harbor. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, wage range $16–$22 per hour, and OT as required.

You will work in a facility serving aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense sectors, contributing to precision and automated manufacturing. We value communication, teamwork, leadership, and analytical thinking.
