Job summary

ABM Industries in New York, NY is seeking an Operational Support and Technology Manager to oversee the operational platform, onboard staff to payroll, and review schedules and audits. You will train day and night personnel, conduct inspections, and ensure ABM and client benchmarks are met.

You will interface with Client teams to explain analytics and dashboard results, and participate in weekly, monthly, and client business reviews. Strong coordination and analytic skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational technology functions and service coordination.
• Ability to manage work orders and customer responses.
• Familiarity with inspection systems and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of the operational platform, schedules, and audits.
• Onboard service workers into payroll and verify employee IDs.
• Review coverage, PTO, and participate in training of staff.
• Conduct inspections and verify benchmarks, discuss analytics with clients.
• Present dashboard results in weekly, monthly, and QBRs.
